This special offer is 3X a Week for 4 Weeks for ONLY $199. 

The program is roughly $16 per personal training workout (even though we know you can't put  price on a healthier lifetyle!). Most personal trainers charge at least $50 a session!

At a minimum, this is the amount of money you will save daily in food with the nutrition component of the program. So the program is PRACTICALLY FREE ;-)
 When does the program start? 
Starts Monday January 20th (start date can be a day or two later if needed).
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
